About

Verdant.

Education consultancy for ministries, investors, foundations, and operators. Founded and led by Dr. Christine Kerlin Nasserghodsi. Based in Dubai with a global reach.

Thesis

Education improves when leadership, teaching, measurement, and innovation move together.

Most reform work fails because those four move independently. New leadership arrives without new teaching practice. New teaching practice arrives without new measurement. New measurement arrives without leadership willing to act on it. And innovation gets sold as a slogan rather than built into how the school actually runs. Verdant is set up to work on all four within the same engagement.
